New LED Graphic Board Welcoming and Informing Shoppers

Marlowes shopping centre, based in the heart of the town centre, constitutes the main shopping area of Hemel Hempstead and has recently undergone an extensive regeneration project as part of Decorum Borough Councils ongoing £30million Evolution project, developing a New Town Square and new shopping experience.

It has a modern shopping mall with high street brands and local independent retailers plus cafes and food outlets.

Working alongside Greenford Ltd, a civil engineering and construction company tasked with the rejuvenation of the pedestrian area, LEDsynergy has recently installed a large LED screen within the pedestrian area at the entrance to the shopping mall.

“It was such a pleasure working alongside Greenford on this project and to be small part of the £30 million rejuvenation project in Hemel Hempstead” said Jeremy Harwood, Managing Director of LEDsynergy.

“Greenford Ltd engaged LED Synergy for the supply and installation of an LED screen on a recent public realm project in Hemel Hempstead town centre.  We were extremely happy with the service and level of support provided throughout the design development, installation and commissioning processes.  We would have no hesitation in using LED Synergy for similar services in the future.” said Peter Hawley, Director of Greenford Ltd.

With its stylish and modern casing the screen makes a welcome addition to the area whilst keeping shoppers and pedestrians abreast of what is happening in the mall and also keeping them up to date on the promotions and offers within each individual store.

The LED screen measures some 3.2 by 2 metres, the LED pitch is 8mm which makes it quite a high definition for an external LED screen with a resolution of 400 x 240 pixels.

I would recommend LED Synergy to anyone considering purchasing an LED sign. We have had so many compliments since it was installed and it has been a valuable asset.
