APPROVALS
The displays and company have a number of approvals which relate directly to the Electronics Industry.
These include:
CE - Our Manufacturing plant has invested considerably in this area to virtually become an accredited test house.
All products are extensively tested to ensure full EMC compatibility. Electromagnetic Compatibility -
When the displays are used in accordance with our recommendations they comply with European Community Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive and conform to the following standards: EN50082-1 EN60950 IEC950.
LEDsynergy has recently been awarded with ISO9001 accreditation.
LEDsynergy has been awarded self certification for European Standard EN12966 and UK Highways Agency TR2136 Issue C, where applicable.
SOME PAST PROJECTS - A Small Selection!
BBC
We have recently installed a large external display on the top of BBC Television Centre, to show election coverage, news stories and general information.
The displays is 16 metres in length and has a 500mm character height and is a stunning example of an external display.
Vodafone
One of our latest and most prestigious projects has been to install an interactive electronic display for Vodafone at Piccadilly Circus in London. One of the first of its kind in the world.
Las Vegas
We have supplied a number of large complex sign systems to various sites in Las Vegas. The signs had to function in very harsh environments with extreme temperature ranges.
Fulham FC
A large scoreboard was recently installed at Craven Cottage for Fulham Football Club.
Bournemouth AFC & Aston Villa FC -
Another 2 sporting venues using LEDSynergy equipment, in ticket offices and as a scoreboard at Bournemouth as shown here.
Chase Manhattan Bank
An extensive system of 83 displays was installed linking offices in 3 buildings, using communications linked with Radio Modems.
Alcatel, Portugal
A complex system of signs for the Rail Network.
Alstrom
A series of 70 display units acting as an Information System for a Distribution Depot.
Murrayfield Rugby Stadium
In readiness for the Rugby World Cup, two main scoreboards each measuring 50 feet in length were installed at the ground.
Bank of England
A Helpdesk System was installed linking the Chelmsford office and London, helping and advising their system operators. (Helpdesk systems have also been installed at LloydsTSB, Nationwide, Credit Suisse)
Bloomberg
Two large 80 character, 6 line displays were installed in the London Head Office, linked to a News feed continually and automatically updating News Headlines, and a stunning Single line 16mm display running vertically up the centre of a staircase well. (Similar News Feed Systems were installed at AP Dow Jones, Reuters and Knight Ridder)
