Large External Displays

The large external displays give a truly impressive display.
A large external display has many advantages - it can be viewed from a long distance away, which means you are getting your message to more people, creating a strong presence and hopefully a good impression to potential customers. It can also be seen at night, giving a very eye-catching and stunning display.
Shown on the right is a display installed in Piccadilly, London for Vodafone. It incorporated a graphic board at the top giving various effects, and a scrolling message display at the bottom which could be accessed by going onto the Vodafone website and sending a message to someone via the sign at a pre-determined time.
The large external display shown on the right for Sunrise Radio incorporates a clock display, a temperature display and in the centre an information display giving huge scope for getting information to its listeners passing by.
The BBC display was installed on the top of Television Centre, essentially for the General Election results so that election news could be broadcast as it was happening! The LED characters are a staggering 400mm high so the news can be easily read.
The clock shown here is for external use, the character height is 4 metres which gives it a huge viewing distance.
